Gloria Bracciano spent much of her lifetime serving others and has been both a teacher and administrator at all levels from Early Childhood to Higher Education. Most recently, Gloria served as Provost of Gulliver Schools in Miami, one of the largest private schools in the United States. There she oversaw five campuses and 2,200 students. Following her career in education, Gloria determined that the Sarasota area offered the cultural events, proximity to water activities and convenience to airports for travel that she enjoyed.
A passion for helping others and a love of real estate drew Gloria to a career with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty®. “It was the perfect match, as I love meeting new friends and exploring the many beautiful areas that Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota offer! Premier Sotheby’s International Realty® provides the international influence and exposure my clients desire.” Real estate is a profession that capitalizes upon Gloria’s skills in relationship building, negotiating, public relations, marketing and research.
Gloria is proud of the trust and confidence she has gained through her experiences with clients. “Clients become friends and the relationship continues to grow as we familiarize them with the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area and introduce them to the numerous cultural and social venues in the area.” Gloria and her husband, Greg Van Natter, are known for offering a ‘personal touch’ and gaining a deep understanding of their clients unique needs and desires for their home.
Gloria and her husband, Greg Van Natter, are active in their community and are proud sponsors of the Ringling Museum and Mote Marine.
Stacy Haas has been selling real estate for over a decade and has consistently been in the top 1% of all REALTORS® in the Sarasota and Manatee County Board of REALTORS®. She has earned the Million Dollar Guild (GUILD) Recognition® by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®. This level of performance is due to a strong knowledge of the market, integrity that facilitates long lasting relationships with her clients and a boutique level of service that ensures that the entire buying and selling process is a smooth transaction.
Along with her boutique service and superior market knowledge she is also a certified negotiations expert. Negotiations is an integral part of a successful transaction and this is where she excels. Once an offer is presented she uses her vast training in negotiations to help clients understand their options, work collaboratively with others and resolve deadlocks. Stacy is an “out of the box” thinker and has designed creative ways to put contracts together and provide a win-win situation for all parties.
Before starting her real estate career, Stacy had a thriving interior design business for more than 14 years serving clients across the country, as well as Europe. Just as with interior design, Stacy applies her design philosophy of “understanding a client’s lifestyle to meet their needs” into finding them the home of their dreams. Specializing in luxury properties in both Sarasota and Manatee counties, Stacy’s award-winning client service unites exceptional properties with extraordinary lives.
When Stacy is not selling real estate, she enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community regionally and globally as well. Whether Stacy is serving people around the world or serving her clients locally, she has never lost sight that her profession is not about homes, it is about people. She feels that if she meets her client’s objectives, she will inherently achieve her own.
